I have known Ed professionally for a few years, but had never worked with him personally before the sale of my condo. He made the entire process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend him to my own friends and family.

First and Foremost, Ed was very quick with email responses and showed us he had a high comfort level with using various ways to communicate like email, text, call. Ed was also very descriptive in the ways he would market our home, not just doing the basics as a the List Agent but taking a more aggressive and innovative marketing approach. Choosing a List Agent who would actively work hard to sell the home was most important to us. Ed had our house under agreement in less than one week which I attribute to HIS efforts, 100%. It took us several months to close, but that was at no fault of his and the fact that he was able to help us hold the deal together for that long was amazing and very much appreciated by us.
